Drastically overhanging hedges

This problem has been reported in the past and I can see has been on here since last year, yet has not been remedied. The hedges are obstructing the pavement so much so that people are forced into the very busy Barry Road. Please get these hedges trimmed back before there is an accident! Many elderly, disabled and school children have to use this stretch of road.
