Clothes bin creating litter and ASB

This clothes bin is meant to be being moved by the Southwark Environmental Team (no date given) and in the meantime it is attracting drug users who hang around the space and pull the clothes out the bin, dumping them on the floor. The metal item nearly scraped my car and the block has had several break ins that I partly attribute to unsavoury individuals being around the clothes box and therefore attracting attention to the garage (where the burglary has occurred). Please can you fast track this to be removed, least of all because the clothes are not being given to the people they are meant to be. Thank you
