Rubbish being dumped in our bin area

This rubbish has been building up since last Wednesday 2/10/24. I have found an address in the rubbish of a tenant in Ufford Street

    This rubbish was cleared on Friday and new rubbish stated piling up on Monday. This is becoming a reccurrent problem, neighbours in Ufford Street, Mitre Road, Boundary Road and Blackfriars Road have been dumping their rubbish here. Can you put a no flytipping/no dumping sign on the wall?
