Dog waste strewn across pavement

Hi. Please can I request that the bulk bags of dog waste (blue bin bags) which are collected by Southwark Street Team are NOT left on the pavement overnight. The foxes always tear these open and distribute the waste over the pavement and in my garden. This morning I had to remove three dog waste bags from my garden. This is a biohazard. This ptractice of leaving large bags of dog water on the floor needs to stop immensely.

Please also remove this mess as soon as possible.
