Whoever moved the litter bin - also, what is the reason for this removal of a bin that is heavily used - did not put the dog dirt bags in the receptacle provided? I’ve no idea how your operatives work/think but this suggests it’s somewhat lacking in common sense and health and safety. Right now there are stacks of full dog poo bags ready to be stomped on by all the scores of folk who walk here every hour. Please sort this soonest. Local councillor and MP now aware.
