We are very sick of reporting this issue. every weekend we return to our office and find black bags of food and other household waste dumped on/near our commercial bins. on some occasions it looks like dumped commercial waste. I dont see why you are unable to install a street camera that works. there's no deterrent for the culprits. not only does it encourage vermin but makes the businesses round here look so bad
