Broken child's bike abandoned for months

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6441067.

This is attached to one of the stands near the pelican crossing. The saddle has been vandalised and one of the pedals is falling off. It has been there a long time. Opposite Goodcup. Could it be removed please?
