This is the 2nd time writing about this issue outside 3 riseholme house everyday the bins are full and blocking the entrance into my mothers house I don’t understand why both recycle bins for the whole block are outside the door this is unhygienic and unsafe this problem needs to be taken seriously as soon as possible my mother should not have to live in a condition where her well-being isn’t cared for either you move the bins or move her and this is an on going problem and is very unfair I will seek higher and appropriate services if needs be!
