No entry southbound to Emerson Street was put in place when the demolition and construction of buildings started on both sides a few years ago. Now this is complete is there any reason to still block traffic from entering? Makes for a shorter journey to Southwark Bridge and takes vehicles away from junction of Southwark Bridge Road and Southwark Street.
