Commercial display fridge left to rust

A commercial fridge has been left here to rust for more than a month now. As shown on the attached photo, there are sharp screws sticking out which could easily hurt a child or a pet.

This is in addition to the persistent flytipping of household waste that is also happening in the same nook.
