Insufficient recycling bins and fly tipping outside Leconfield House
Reported via mobile in the Bin Chamber/Trailer Bay Clean category anonymously at 18:12, Wednesday 28 August 2024
Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6409342.
Recycling bins are constantly over-flowing. They are often left open because they're so full. This means cardboard gets wet and then can't be recycled. Fly tipping is almost constant around the bins. These photos are just from the last few weeks. Rubbish us often put in recycling bins. We need another recycling bin, clearer signage about what should go in, bins need to be closed by estate caretaker, and signage about no fly tipping/ regular fly tipping collections. It's quite unpleasant to live next to.
