People are using out stairs and balconies as a spot to inject drugs and toilets

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6404668.

People have been using our stairs and balconies to: 1) Inject drugs 2) Toilet (we keep finding human faecal matter and urines) 3) Littering spot

Please can something be done about it?

They smell so bad and it's always so dirty. I tried to clean with bleach but the smell doesn't go away
