10.15pm, 8th August 2024 a white Luton, curtain sided. Couldn’t see the reg as it was covered up, dumped a large amount of rubbish under the bridge on Bidwell street. If the gate is unlocked it’s accessible to flytippers, perhaps have a sign to say keep gate closed for whoever has access?
