Bin man leaving rubbish

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6321155.

The bin man on Ayres Street was sweeping the roads and instead of putting the bin bag in the many bins that are on this street he left it directly opposite my house. We’ve had so many issues with rodents and still continue to have these issues so leaving a bin bag opposite the house is just causing more issues and also causing foxes to rip open the bag and the rubbish is being left everywhere.
