Flytipping incl disused fridge

This corner is full of garbage, including a disused fridge rusting away. This corner is ripe for flytipping so please would it be possible to erect some signage warning against this; as soon as something new is dumped there, it piles right back up again. I live directly next to it, and it’s a pain to walk past every day, not to mention it attracts the wrong kind of wildlife there. Ideally this corner should be scrubbed down completely and have signs against fly tipping. The nook is meant to be used for scooters, but because there is persistently a huge pile of garbage there, the scooters are strewn all over the square and street as a consequence. Please can this issue be dealt with a bit more actively. Thanks.
