The stairs have not been washed for another 3 weeks, I reported this before and 2 cleaners did turn up and made a comment on the stairs saying “they expect us to clean it everyday” when nothing gets cleaned at all. We do have neighbours upstairs and their kids throwing rubbish on other landings. I understand why they feel uncomfortable to clean up after them.
