Repeated flytipping of black bags at this set back area from the pavement. I lifted the black bag full of stinking waste on to the green bin which is full of stinking waste. Otherwise will be opened and strewn everywhere by foxes. Needs a notice to say do not leave waste here . Please can the green bin be removed thanks
