Waste bags daily

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6303199.

Waste bags are being left beside the bin daily and then destroyed by foxes with litter strewn over pavement and the road. Whole torn bags being dragged onto road. This happens daily.
