Abandoned potentially stolen vehicle

A car (black Mitsubishi Grandis, WV05 GUX) with the front left bumper smashed and one of the smaller front windows smashed has been left here over the past week or so. I did see a suspicious group of people hanging outside it a couple of days in and thought nothing of it at the time before I discovered the damage. One of the group had his face completely covered with a bandana and sunglasses and was wearing heavy duty gloves. I have since seen this person a couple times cycling around the local area acting suspiciously always covered the same
