Constant fly tipping - trash and household items

This fly tipping zone is outside my house - I’ve seen people from the estate next to this walking over and dumping rubbish bags, food, household items. It is causing rats and maggots and foxes to fester. It is unsafe to walk my dog because of the animals and the broken glass. This is a serious environmental and health hazard. We need signs up and cameras with warnings of fines - we need serious deterrents. SORT IT OUT!!!!!
