Car parts and broken glass all over the road

I don’t understand why this still hasn’t been addressed. There are several reports on here of number 71 using the entire road as a car workshop. This is totally unfair as they have 5-6 cars all broken up on the road, and two car removal lorry’s that take up vast amounts of space. They leave broken glass and nails and car parts all over the road that cause punctures and damage to everyone else’s vehicles. Please resolve this.
