I reported this mattress 10 days ago and then again five days ago. It has been moved around meeting House Lane. There was also a bed base but this has been removed. It is now on the corner of Montpelier Road and meeting House Lane. A neighbour has told me who dumped it there in the street initially, but I did not witness it
