Litter bin full

The litter bin has not been emptied for over two months and during this time it has been raining for at least two weeks. This has caused a foul smell and flies are gathering around the exposed rubbish. The bin is located on the pavement next to the entrance to 1-5 Blackthorne Court, Cator Strret
