Abandoned Red Vehicle Parked on Road for ~3 Months

A red Volvo (plate number FX68HFO) has been parked where in Abbotswood Road meets Talbot Road for approximately 3 months. The vehicle appears to have sustained some damage prior to being parked based on airbags being deployed and it does not appear to have been attended to or used during the time it’s been parked. Because it is parked on a corner, it’s causing a rather permanent blind spot for residents, including pedestrians and drivers. Several other residents have reported this vehicle with no action seemingly taken to date. We would appreciate an update on the situation related to this seemingly abandoned vehicle.
