Bulk rubbish left by communal bins

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6214768.

A mattress has been left by somebody next to the communal bins outside of 33 Linden Grove. Since it has been there, it has encouraged more people to leave their bulky rubbish by the bins and it has not been taken away on collection day. Please remove before this becomes an ongoing issue.
