Has been parked in same spot for 2 months. No one has been to it. Unfair on residents on street who have their windows blocked by it, as well as taking up parking space.

  • This van is 3.5 tonne and therefore a commercial van. It is breaking Rule 250 of the Highway code as Cars, goods vehicles exceeding 2500 kg laden weight, must be parked with lights on a road (or lay-by) with a speed limit of 30 mph (48 km/h) or less.
