Torrens Court bin chute blocked

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6158855.

The bin chute is blocked on the side of Flat 20. Lower floors are consistently over filling the chute causing blockages which then makes it's way up to the higher floors. Due to the summer heat, the smell of the rubbish is seeping through into the flats.
