Large pile of black refuse sacks on pavement and overflowing recycling bin, unemptied, with plastic refuse sacks being piled up around the overflowing bin.

Reported via mobile in the Flytipping - Blk Bags Commercial category anonymously at 21:33, Tuesday 18 June 2024

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6124755.

Opposite 5/6 Pope St SE1 3PR, at the rear door of Papa John's Pizza is their overflowing large recycling bin which hasn't been emptied for many days now and people are adding other plastic sacks of rubbish around it on the ground. Last week their second large recycling bin was taken away in a van. Since then Papa John's has been piling up large black refuse sacks on the pavement outside their rear entrance door in Pope St and adding to that daily. There are now about 15? large black refuse sacks piled up on the pavement.
