Large amount of rubbish in stairwell

Per the first picture attached there is a large amount of bagged and other rubbish, and possible drug paraphernalia, in the stairwell outside / below no. 5 Gainsford Street. Per second picture the gate to this stairwell is open allowing access for small children / animals. As a nearby resident this is an eyesore and unhygienic. Please arrange for this to be cleared. Thank you.
