Flytipped items and shattered glass dumped

Once again, domestic items and a large volume of shattered glass have been dumped along the promenade. We the residents are fed up with the growing frequency of this rubbish fly tipping. The absence of bins only encourages this kind of antisocial dumping. Please sort this out Southwark !
