Area overgrown and needs cutting, unable to access gas meters

No landscaping is being undertaken taken on whole cul de sac. This area contains gas meters but hard for elderly residents to get access as overgrown. Abandoned van is source of rat food as has rotting materials, this area is also providing cover for vermin. Needs to be places on a maintenance schedule and isn't.
