Overgrowing bush

For years this bush has been overtaking the pavement. this year it's nigh impossible to get through without disabilities.

  • It's still not possible to pass in a wheelchair. it's been like this for years. not sure who maintains the gardens of these flats but the owners should cut it back! this has been going on for years now!

  • The bush has only grown and now it's nigh impossible to pass even as an abled pedestrian. wouldn't even dream of going past it in a wheelchair.
