Street furniture is obstructing pedestrian movement by not providing a minimum of 1.5 meters of space. The placement of a bike park and extra seating for a food cart or coffee van has significantly reduced the available space for pedestrians in front of the shopping centre. This leads to congestion concentrated at the entrance of the shopping centre. Food cart street furniture is recently become a permanent fixture not being removed after closing hours.
