Dead rats and pigeons in shop ceiling / walls

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5439506.

The smell in the shop is unbearable, i asked what it was and they laughed stating they had dead rats in the celling, slowly dying from poison and that they were unable to remove them. They also have pigeons living behind the food shelve wall due to a broken window. Been there 5 mins and left my shopping, felt sick all night.
