The street hasn’t been cleaned in weeks

I want to know why the council stopped sending cleaners to swipe the street. It is getting full of leaves and litter, as it is a very busy road, I have not seen the sweeping team in months and after the heavy rain this week I am fearing floods as the gutters get stuck if the street is uncleaned, I have also seen an increase of mice down my road.

  • I just got an email this morning saying that the case has been closed? But if you check the street is even filthier, why is the council closing my ticket without explaining the reason and just telling me that it is resolved when nobody has been in to clean. Are we missing something? Is there an official communication? When will we get the street cleaned?
