Road traffic sign in wrong place

T-junction signage on occupation rd, manor place side on the left when you enter. This sign should be placed on the right side of road and facing other way. The sign supposed to be there to warn drivers that it’s a no through rd but as it’s on the left and facing other way drivers can’t see the sign until they have gone down the road then had to turn around in a tight space and go back down the road to leave.
