Street light not working

Tall street light on Penrose st, Walworth rd end in between entrance to 15 occupation rd block and the p5 bus stop, light opposite small carpet shop. This light is not working and means section around this light is dark and for people walking through street but also to those waiting at this popular bus stop. At night you struggle to even see the bus stop sign. I had to wait for cars to pass with headlights on to take pics so light stand in noticeable in the pics.
