Weeding needed!!

I am reporting this issue yet again because the council continues to mark it as “fixed” when it plainly has not been resolved.

No street cleaner has attended, the weeds remain, and the streets are still in an unacceptable condition. Repeatedly closing reports without carrying out the work is not an adequate response and is extremely frustrating for residents who are taking the time to report genuine problems.

I am asking for this matter to be escalated immediately to the appropriate team. Please arrange for the area to be properly cleaned and maintained, and provide a clear explanation of why previous reports have been marked as resolved when the problem remains clearly visible.

I expect this issue to be addressed properly rather than simply closed again.
