Communal areas including foyer, lift and stairs are littered with urine and drug waste / please keen

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10052205.

Hardcastle house has seen a recent influx of drug users using the building and communal areas (inside and outside) for taking drugs and hanging out. They are both intimidating residents and making it dirty and unsafe. Please clean and liaise with anti social behaviour team to escalate this. I have been in touch with them already but unsure of whether actions to rectify are taking place
