Totally unacceptable state of the flowerbeds outside the library
Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10008946.
These flowers beds are filled with litter, literally spilling over with bottles, cans and other waste. Even a TV. Someone needs to take responsibility of cleaning this place up, daily.
